In 2022 we grew twenty acres of certified organic produce, including 1/3 of an acre under protected culture. All our product is sold to various grocery stores and distributors across the state of Maine and the seacoast of New Hampshire. We specialize in seasonal availability of tomatoes, bunched greens, lettuce, summer squash and cucumbers. We have availability of beets, carrots, cuts greens, winter squash, turnips, radish and cabbage through the growing season and deep into the winter, with the goal of having these crops available twelve months a year. We produce hundreds of thousands of pounds of produce every growing season to ensure that we have quantities needed to supply our existing and future customers.

All of our produce is picked and packed using GAP (good agricultural practices), we are inspected and certified annually. In 2022 we completed construction of a 3000 square foot packing and storage facility that will allow us to continue to increase our production and meet food safety standards.

PFAS STATEMENT

In early 2022 our community was shaken when many farms detected PFAS chemicals in their soil and water. Though our farm was never spread with biosolids we did get a water test done that confirmed that our water is non-detect of PFAS chemicals. While this was a great relief to us, we are incredibly saddened by this crisis that has truly changed our farming community and affected many of our friends.

The Farm
